We are seeking an exceptional leader to join us in the newly created role of Director of Communications & Public Affairs.
This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape how one of the UK’s leading regional theatres communicates its ambition, influence and impact. At a time of significant growth — spanning artistic production, artist development, learning programmes and major capital projects — the Director of Communications & Public Affairs will lead how the Marlowe Theatre positions itself with audiences, partners, stakeholders and decision‑makers, strengthening its reputation and voice locally, regionally and nationally.
