We are recruiting a HR Administrator on a fixed term contract, to support the HR Manager prepare to submit the Marlowe's response for a government consultation on Make Work Pay https://www.gov.uk/government/.... which is required by 25 August 2026. The project will take 37 hrs, if finished early other HR related tasks will be carried out by the HR Administrator.
Your substantive role will be open for you to return to after the secondment and this project can be done alongside another part time or zero hours contract in most cases.
The role will involve working closely with the HR team to assess existing HR data held on staff savvy and if required convert it into a format so that the modelling of the government's proposals can be analysed. You should have good communication and administrative skills, with great initiative and a starter-finisher attitude.
The project will involve logically working through the government's proposal and providing data to support a range of responses. You will need to be familiar and confident with Microsoft Excel. Some training and supervision will be possible but you might need to find some answers yourself using co-pilot, google or you-tube. After initial training the work can be completed in the office or at home.
Shortlisting will take place on 21 July 2026, with interviews on 22-24 July 2026 and the successful applicant starting on 28 July 2026 approx.
